Please read these terms carefully before using the betum platform — they describe your rights, responsibilities, and platform policies in detail.

1. General Terms

By accessing the betum platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, active mobile number, and any other required information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and where applicable, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password or access details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the betum support team immediately. betum is always ready to take the necessary steps.

betum will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and inform us.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on betum are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account quickly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are made through the same payment methods listed above.

4.3 Transaction Terms

  • Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your name.
  • Use of third-party accounts or payments is strictly prohibited.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact support within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus offer applies one time only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any promotional offer may have specific terms, which will be made clear at the time of the offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, betum reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
  • betum may modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on betum are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical error, betum reserves the right to correct it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting covers various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. betum offers a range of markets — match result, total runs, over/under, and more. Please read the market description carefully before placing a bet.

6.3 Casino Games

betum offers games across many categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, and more. Each game has its own rules and payout structure. All games are operated fairly and transparently.

6.4 Results & Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours. betum's technical logs will be considered the basis for any final decision.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betum platform:

  • Using or accessing another person's account.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods.
  • Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages ("bonus hunting").
  • Placing bets using automated bots or software.
  • Cheating or hacking any game or betting process.
  • Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financing.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
  • Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
Any of the above violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 betum's Authority

betum reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these terms.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your own account, please notify our support team. Any pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal before closure.

8.3 Balance Return

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, betum may consider returning any verifiably legitimate deposited funds after an appropriate review.

9. Responsible Gaming

betum always encourages responsible entertainment. We believe that gambling should be a source of enjoyment, not a solution to financial problems.

  • Play within your means.
  • Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • Avoid betting while under the influence of alcohol or under emotional stress.
